Fergal Roche is chief executive of The Key. Fergal started his career as an English teacher before becoming headteacher of three schools and moving to various business development roles within education. He has led The Key from its pilot beginnings through to the thriving and independent organisation that supports over 100,000 school leaders and governors today. For six years he chaired the board at Saint Gabriel's College in Lambeth. He now chairs the board of a medium-size multi academy trust in Surrey.
Nathan Easey is the insights manager at The Key. He collects and analyses our data on member activity and considers what insights it provides about the challenges facing schools. Quite often this means making sure he's picked exactly the right shade of purple for the graph he's preparing. He is also the star of our most popular sector in 100 seconds film, on the road to full academisation.
